We don’t specifically adjust the male-to-female ratio.
That said, I think the reason the number of female members has remained fairly steady is that while many women are joining, many are also leaving.
The number of offers has increased, but since the total number of women using the service is quite large, I don’t feel that women have necessarily become more likely to receive offers.
(That’s just based on my own impression, though.)

Of the several offers I’ve received, about half included more for transportation than the amount listed by the club. I live in the prefecture next to the branch where I’m registered, so my actual travel expenses are fairly high. Sometimes they’ll ask for someone else’s opinion if they’re unsure, but basically, it’s up to the staff member who interviewed her.

Searching the members’ site for “esthetician” brings up around 50 women in Tokyo.
50 out of 2,400—that’s about 2% overall, or 2 out of every 100 women.

You can search by occupation, but since the way people enter their jobs isn’t standardized, finding a cabin attendant can be tricky. You may need to search using several different terms, since some people list themselves as “CA,” for example.
