I’m new here and still a beginner.
Even when a woman’s profile says, “Out-of-prefecture dates are okay,” the staff comments sometimes say, “*She prefers dates within ○○ City only.”
Which one should I go by when making an offer?

If a woman says during her interview that she can’t travel outside the prefecture, but later changes her mind and says she can, there’s a good chance the staff comments won’t be updated.
That said, women aren’t products, nor are they employed by Universe. So even if there’s no contradiction and her profile clearly says she’s okay with dates outside the prefecture, she may still decide that traveling that far feels like too much when she receives an offer.
For that reason, rather than asking the staff, you might want to send her an offer and include something like this in the comments:
“Would it be okay to meet at ○○? If traveling that far feels difficult, please feel free to decline.”

Even if someone hasn’t mentioned whether they’re open to meeting people from outside the prefecture or from farther away, I think it’s worth reaching out to ask.
So far, no one I’ve contacted to ask whether they could come from a distance has turned me down.
