Regarding the post-date survey: Is “not as good as expected” treated as −1 point and “inferior” as −2 points? The wording makes it sound like the difference should be several times greater.

Maezawa from the CEO’s office here—I’ll answer too. The wording doesn’t really matter. You can write “It was good” and still give it a -2. That might seem contradictory to you, but it isn’t. The numbers are what matter. The words are basically just flattery.
