First of all, the club isn’t an organization that arranges prostitution, so I doubt they’d agree to that.
For example, if you were simply asking them to arrange a dinner where two women meet one man, a black-label member might be willing to discuss it with you.
Either way, I think a threesome depends entirely on whether mutual trust has been established.
