I’ve only seen President Kida’s face, but he’s my type. I’d like to send him a reverse offer, but I read recently that making an offer to someone within the same company could violate the law, so I don’t know what I can do.
If I were to send a reverse offer, then leave the club, and he happened to like me, would he be willing to meet me even just for tea?

The chances are extremely slim, but you could submit your résumé to Universe Club and interview for a staff position. If you’re lucky enough to get hired, you’ll get to know the president personally.
After that, it’s up to you to use every trick in the book to tempt him and GET him!

What do you make of that?
Suppose someone who knew nothing about you except your face said, “You’re my type.” Would you want to at least meet them for tea?
I think most people would be wary.
Of course, if you’re confident in yourself and the kind of woman who can say, “There isn’t a man I haven’t been able to win over,” then after looking at your profile, they might think meeting for tea could be worthwhile.
But if someone with no profile or any other information says that to you, I can’t help wondering what their intentions are.

I’m Flag Maker, a column writer.
The details still need to be worked out, but I’m planning to launch a project of my own called the “P-1 Grand Prix,” where we’ll collect papa-katsu stories and choose the best one. The official announcement will come later.
President Kida is also scheduled to be one of the judges, so for now, win the competition there first. I’m sure it’ll get you noticed, haha.

I’m Kazu, a male member.
Kida-san isn’t a member, and if you leave the club, you won’t be a member either.
Non-members can’t make offers, nor can they receive them. So making a reverse offer isn’t an option either.
I can think of two possible approaches:
Somehow become a prominent female member, wait for a chance to catch Kida-san’s attention, and subtly let him know that you’d like to meet for tea.
Apparently Kida-san uses Tinder, so you could put all your effort into matching with him there.
I don’t think meeting for tea would violate the club rules. Good luck.
