Come to think of it, I wonder how large the age gap has to be before it feels like a parent-and-child relationship. I’d always gone by instinct, but now that you mention it, I’m curious.
I feel like it starts to seem that way when the older person is more than twice the younger person’s age.
For example:
If the woman is 18, the man is 36 or older.
If the woman is 22, the man is 44 or older.
If the woman is 30, the man is 60 or older.
Something along those lines, I think.

I think “a parent-and-child age gap” generally refers to an age difference of around 25 years or more. These days, since the average age at which women have their first child is over 30, I’d say it should really mean a 30-year age gap.
It’s not as if we’re talking about some country bumpkin who had a child at 20.
Likewise, having a child at 15 would be a major scandal, so I don’t think you’d call that a parent-and-child age difference either.

I don’t think so. There are actually married couples with age gaps of more than 10 years.
As for a “15-year age gap,” it’s a bit borderline, but within the context of a dating club, I think it would be fine to call them boyfriend and girlfriend.
