I’m the person who posted the question at https://universe-club.jp/help/questions/view/8647. Thank you to everyone who has answered so far. Could it be that “That’s wonderful” isn’t a feature that male members really use? Have any female members here ever connected with someone through “That’s wonderful”?

I’m Dai, a male member. It’s not that men don’t receive them, but I think the reality is that many men don’t actively pay much attention to them. In fact, when the feature was first introduced, it made the Universe Club website slower, which was a bit of a nuisance. For me, if a woman I’ve added to my favorites sends me a “You seem wonderful,” it might move her up the list when I’m considering who to meet. Incidentally, there’s been one such case recently, and I’m seriously debating whether to make her an offer. The location is a little far away, though, so it wouldn’t be right away…

I’m a male member, Papercraft. Lately, the term “ace” has been coming up. If I use “ace,” I think it probably refers to girls who sent me a “You’re wonderful” message… though I’ve forgotten the exact meaning. After making my profile public, most of the girls I made offers to were ones who had sent me a “You’re wonderful” message. There were surprisingly quite a few girls who were exactly my type, as well as CAs and women in all kinds of professions. Some were receiving tons of offers, though they still hadn’t found the right person yet… By the time I started finding it bothersome to search for someone new, this turned out to be just the right option. P.S. Also, my profile didn’t include anything about my occupation, income, or similar details, so I may have been able to avoid people who were focused mainly on money to some extent. They seemed to read the sections about hobbies and what kind of dates I enjoyed, and it was nice that we clicked—both of us could think about the date, enjoy it, and compliment each other. It might be a good idea to read through someone’s profile carefully before sending them a “You’re wonderful” message. For men who want to avoid people who are only interested in money, I think it may be important to leave those sections blank. When I first joined, I thought I would never make my profile public. But when I tried it, it turned out to be surprisingly easy, convenient, and comfortable. All I had to do was look at the women who sent me a “You’re wonderful” message that day, so I didn’t have to browse through lots of profiles. I also received messages from women who were attractive in just the right way, and overall, it was much better than I had expected.

I’m Kazu, a male member. I joined the dating club to find someone who matches my preferences. So I figured I wouldn’t be interested in approaches from women who aren’t my type. I’ve heard that only a small number of male members write profiles, so I assume most men probably feel the same way. I’m sure there are some people who have connected through a “You seem wonderful” message, but I think they’re in the minority. Likewise, I believe only a small number of women use “You seem wonderful” when responding. That said, there’s no doubt that it’s one of the few ways women can approach men through a dating club.
