I believe this was explained when you joined, but I wonder if some staff members have started forgetting to mention it lately.
As a rule, we ask that offers be made at least a week in advance. The fact that we ask for this means that it’s the preferred timing.
We do accept offers with less notice, but they place a much greater burden on the staff.
Come to think of it, there was even talk of adding an extra setting fee of around ¥500,000 for same-day or day-before offers, since they require an extraordinary amount of effort from the staff.
It’s not that we actually want to charge that much—it would be intended to discourage offers made the day before or on the day itself. If someone still wants to make an offer at such short notice even after paying an additional fee, then I think it would be worth accepting. But normally, if a policy like that were in place, people would stop making last-minute offers.

I’m Dai, a male member.
Ideally, I’d arrange things one to two weeks in advance, but because of work, sometimes I end up scheduling only a few days ahead.

If I’m available, the very next day works too.
If we leave too much time between meetings, I might forget…
Please give me around five preferred dates, including both weekdays and weekends/holidays.

The day before is fine if I’m available, but if I’m asked to commit to a specific date, even a month in advance can be difficult.
I’m happy to work around your schedule whenever you can, though, haha.
