I don’t think you can tell that a girl is “playing around” simply by how many people she’s seeing or whether she’s seeing more than a certain number.
If she sees her papa (a male supporter) as nothing more than “money,” or gives you that impression, I’d consider her to be “playing around.”
Everyone needs money. What matters, I think, is whether she can genuinely engage with her papa.
