I assume they simply register women who want to do papa-katsu (compensated dating in Japan), as well as women who seem likely to receive offers. There may be one truly compatible match among every few thousand—or even tens of thousands—of men and women who join. I’m Dai, a male member. Since it’s an interview, you should assume that how the staff evaluate you will affect the offers you receive. The club has a large number of new female members, so naturally there are also a lot of men. Would you rather join a club with fewer male members? The staff recruit women who seem likely to receive offers. Universe Club is a company, after all, so I don’t think they’re doing their jobs with a “maybe I’ll get lucky” attitude. Incidentally, a woman who works as a CA may sometimes be a secret member. If she’s only there to make someone beautiful look even better by comparison, they wouldn’t keep her secret, would they? If you can’t go on evening dates because of the state of emergency, why not try a lunch date instead? The man you’re seeing will probably decide what kind of date it will be.
