Is there some reason other than preventing people from recognizing them that they hide only their mouths?

It’s true that some people inquire based on the comments or profile details, but when someone is genuinely concerned about protecting their identity, they won’t give permission. So even if someone makes an inquiry, we can’t provide a clear photo. In that case, wouldn’t it be better to hide only the mouth? Even if no additional photos can be provided, they can still make an offer. It’s a mistake to assume that anything you ask for will be provided. If you assume that no additional photos will be available even after making an inquiry, doesn’t that make more sense? In reality, most people do allow clear photos to be provided, but some don’t.
