There’s a possibility they could.
More specifically, a branch staff member would contact me and I’d ask the respondent—in this case, Papuwa-san—what they wanted to do. If they said yes, the offer would be finalized.
You might be thinking, “How can the offer be finalized when you won’t even tell me who she is?”
But we once had a man who only wanted to know which respondent it was. So I told him that if he liked her answer and wanted to make an offer, he could do so without seeing her photo.
In other words, if you’re okay with finalizing the offer without viewing her profile, we can arrange it.
That’s how it works.
That said, once the arrangement can be made, the system does disclose the other person’s club name. So technically, you could still cancel at that point.
Naturally, though, you can’t cancel after the arrangement has been completed without a very good reason.
If you did cancel anyway, the branch staff would probably have a very poor impression of you—as you’d expect, depending on the reason.
I understand not wanting to make an offer without knowing where she’s located. However, we can coordinate the schedule and meeting place without disclosing her name.
So you can still say, “I’m going to pass because the meeting place is too far away.”
That would just be before you know her club name.

If you’ve read all of Papuwa-san’s answers, I think you can figure out her location. She wrote it herself, after all（笑）。
As for her class, if she’s Black, you can simply move up to Black yourself. Even if you’re Black this year, you could switch to Gold next year.
Staying Black permanently might be difficult, but doing it for just one year should be manageable, right?
Also, there have been cases where the class of a man who previously made an offer was mentioned, so I think you may be able to narrow it down from there.
