Regarding the regional distribution of female members: Why do you think women from Tokyo and the three surrounding prefectures make up such a disproportionately large share compared with the population? Could it be that there are fewer PJ members in rural areas, or that papa-katsu (compensated dating in Japan) isn’t as widespread there?

I’m Kazu, a male member. I think it’s because the Greater Tokyo area is a place where human desires swirl, for better or worse.

Maezawa from the CEO’s office here. It’s because there are fewer male members. Women wouldn’t sign up either if they thought there were no papas, right? And basically, I think apps are the main platform in regional areas. The ratio is probably about the same even on apps, but because the total number of users is larger, there still seem to be a fair number of people even if the percentage is low. Naturally, there are also plenty of people on apps who intend to scam others, so you need to be extremely vigilant and protect yourself. I imagine many people get deceived, become disillusioned, and quit as well. I’m not sure if I’m right, though…
