Isn’t this kind of thing in Maezawa-san’s answer still fairly mild?
Besides, it’s not creepy.

Are you saying that the discussion of ways to deflect these situations has gone too far? Is your view that we should only answer exactly what we’re asked?
Since it seems that doing something listed as a prohibited act doesn’t result in immediate expulsion, I think it would be more helpful to women to give them examples of how to deflect those situations.

It’s not appropriate for anyone other than the questioner to write things like that. Who exactly are you?
The questioner is asking whether forcing someone to take a leave of absence is prohibited behavior. So I don’t understand why they would need the opinion of a female respondent in order to answer that.
If you’re simply lonely and want to hear from a woman, go somewhere else.
If the questioner wants to ask about something different, they can just post a new question.
