I’ve seen some of your staff members’ comments. The language they used was shocking—something I can’t imagine seeing at other clubs... This business depends not only on men, of course, but also on the women, and I don’t think that kind of language is acceptable. You can’t just dismiss it by calling it a publicity stunt designed to stir up controversy. At least once, you should publicly apologize from a position of responsibility.
