If your profile is shown again after taking a leave of absence, nothing changes, so the date you originally registered will be displayed.
If you re-register after withdrawing, the date you re-registered will be displayed instead. However, in some cases, it may be noted that you’re a returning member so male members don’t accidentally send you an offer twice.
Returning from a leave of absence and re-registering after withdrawal are very similar, but there’s no screening when you return from a leave, so you’re 100% in the clear.
If you re-register after withdrawing, you’ll go through the usual screening, so it’s possible to fail the interview.
That said, if you received offers the last time you registered and didn’t no-show, you can generally assume you won’t be rejected. Though if, for example, you had somehow doubled your weight by the time you re-registered, you might not pass.
I’ve never seen anyone gain that much weight, though.

Personally, I rate women who are returning after a break more highly than complete newcomers, though I’m sure there are men who feel the opposite.
I don’t know which type of man is more common, but there’s no point dwelling on it.
