What exactly do you mean by “sexy lingerie”?
Regular lingerie stores for women that carry brands like Wacoal and Aubade allow men in as well. I go in with my partner.
If you mean erotic lingerie with an opening in the crotch, you can find it at stores that sell adult toys, so couples can shop there without any problem.
If you’re embarrassed to go together to the women’s lingerie section, I think you could choose lingerie online together.
