I haven’t really heard much about how often people have H, so I’m not sure how often the average person does it, or whether men in their 60s can still manage it. That said, I get the impression that many men see around three women on a monthly arrangement, so four already puts you 33% above average（笑） Also, I imagine the average person does it about once a week, so seven times puts you 75% above average（笑） So, based on that, it sounds like you’re doing it a little more often than most people. But that’s a good thing—you can feel like you’re still young. Still, there’s always someone above you in any field, so I think it’s best to use the average as your benchmark.
