I’ve never seen or heard of anyone soliciting members through Universe, so I don’t think it happens.
If someone did, I imagine they would receive a serious warning or be forcibly removed from the club.

No, I haven’t. I have been jokingly approached about buying life insurance, though.
I can’t really imagine a man paying a setting fee and transportation costs through Universe just to solicit someone. If the person you made an offer to tries to recruit you, you should probably let the club know.
