Question about the New Women’s Profiles page

Sometimes we happen to be busy and forget about the photos that are supposed to be posted there, and end up focusing on arranging dates instead. If a woman happens to have her interview during one of those periods, her profile may not be posted. There are also times when we get confused about whether it was the woman scheduled for 2 p.m. or 3 p.m. who asked us not to post her photos, and end up not posting either of them. So I don’t think you should worry too much about whether your photos are posted. When I was conducting interviews myself, I would show the women their photos, but some branches may have stopped doing that because they felt it was too time-consuming. This also varies from branch to branch, so you could try asking something like: “I’m wondering what my photos look like—whether I look heavier than I actually am, for example. Would it be possible to see some of the other photos that have been posted?” If you’ve already received ten offers, some staff members might show them to you even if they’re a little busy, since they wouldn’t want to upset you. However, there are also staff members who won’t show them regardless of the circumstances. It’s worth asking, even if you’re not expecting much. If what you mean is that you specifically want your photos posted there, you could also ask: “I’d really like my photos to be posted there. Would it be possible to have them uploaded?” The important thing is to ask without getting your hopes up.
