I’m not sure whether this is part of an advertising campaign, but they’ve introduced a pretty incredible system: when a woman introduces a female friend, she receives money every time that friend goes on a date. A friend-referral program existed before, but previously, you received ¥5,000–¥10,000 when your friend registered. The advantage was that you were guaranteed to get paid as long as she registered. Now, though, you get paid when she goes on a date. So, if your friend went on 20 dates in total (meaning the first dates arranged through Universe Club), and she was a registered Platinum-class woman, you could receive ¥200,000.
