If a male member makes an offer but has to cancel because his schedule no longer works, does it count as one offer for the woman, or zero? I assume that if an offer comes in and the woman declines it, it counts as one offer.

What exactly is an “offer count”? I’m not really sure why it needs to be counted in the first place.

Normally, I would think people pay attention to the number of dates, but I suppose different things interest different people.
