Even secretaries at ordinary companies often have qualities that make you think, “There’s just something different about being a secretary.” If you’re not particular about finding someone from a top-tier company, you can meet secretaries, and there may even be some from major corporations. Try searching for people whose occupation is listed as “secretary” and sending them date offers. You might just come across a secretary from a top-tier company.
