Like U.S.T., I’d say the Ritz-Carlton Tokyo is a popular spot. Haha. There seem to be a lot of people who look like they’re doing papa-katsu (compensated dating in Japan).
Apparently, if you let the woman eat by herself, you can overhear their conversations, and it’s so entertaining. Haha.
I feel like you often see them at the café at the Westin, too.
The Sheraton is another underrated spot, but there seem to be quite a few there as well.
On the other hand, you don’t see many at Aman Tokyo. You can relax there.
At the Andaz, guests don’t really run into other people in the first place, so it doesn’t really feel like anyone is doing papa-katsu.
When I asked the women, they said they get taken to restaurants featured in Tokyo Calendar. It’s like Pokémon. Haha.
