I was quite surprised to learn that a crucial part of the rules regarding the allowance had never been explained. Are there any other matters that were explained to the women but not to the men…?

Maezawa from the President’s Office here. It seems to have been conveyed a little differently than intended. I believe we do explain it, but perhaps the explanation wasn’t clear enough. I also wonder whether we failed to make it clear that we explain this to the women as well. So perhaps we need to ensure that the other person properly understands what we’re explaining. That said, some may feel that this is obvious and shouldn’t require an explanation in the first place.
