Try asking the staff privately. Black members have the benefit of meeting with the staff in person for a consultation. If you asked discreetly during that meeting, I imagine they might be inclined to do something for you. Still, even if you ask, I doubt the woman would tell you the truth... But you’d still want to ask, wouldn’t you?
