Hello. If I make an offer to an 18- or 19-year-old woman and go to a hotel with her, would that be a crime?

I’m Maezawa from the CEO’s office, and I’ll answer this as well. Even if you go to a hotel with an 18- or 19-year-old woman, I couldn’t find any law that would make it a direct criminal offense. (That said, I may simply be unaware of one, so please do your own thorough research as well.) For example, love hotels that are required to file notifications under the Adult Entertainment Business Law prohibit anyone under 18 from using them, but they don’t prohibit anyone under 20. So, I don’t think it would be a crime in itself.
