Is there any way to contact staff at a branch other than the one I belong to?

I’ve done things that I felt would benefit Universe Club as a whole, such as answering questions. When I made inquiries, I also made offers, and I kept in touch with the staff at the branch where the woman I was making an offer to was registered. As a result, I became able to communicate with staff at branches I wasn’t registered with as well. The important thing here is to make sure there’s some benefit for the staff member too. Have you considered the staff member who is already busy but has to answer questions from a member at another branch who isn’t even their responsibility? Have you considered the staff at your own branch, who might be seen by their colleagues at another branch as failing to properly assist their members, causing inquiries to be directed elsewhere? If you’re asking a staff member to give you their time, I think you should make an effort to ensure that it benefits them in some way as well. I don’t think it’s appropriate to simply move on to someone else because you’re worried that asking nothing but questions will make the staff dislike you. One more thing: When I say I answered questions and so on, I think the timing was simply right. Even if you start answering questions now, I feel it would be difficult to make the kind of connections I was able to make back then.
