I went to an interview the other day and was told by LINE and email that I’d passed that same day. It’s been about a week since then, but they said they’d contact me once my profile was complete, and I still haven’t heard anything. Is it possible for them to say I passed and then change their mind afterward? Also, if my profile has been completed and I’m registered, will they not contact me until I receive an offer?

They’re probably just busy and it’s taking some time to complete your profile registration. It’s unlikely that your approval was revoked.

Apparently, once the registration is complete, they’ll contact you even if you haven’t received an offer.

If you still haven’t heard from them after about 10 days to two weeks, I’d suggest contacting them to ask whether your registration has been completed.
