Maezawa here. Thank you for the suggestion. I’m sure you’ve heard of the “worker ant principle,” but if I stop writing, I’m sure other people will step up and write instead. So I don’t think it’s a matter of the club being negligent. That said, I do think the direction of the answers will change. Ideally, everyone would start contributing, but for some reason that doesn’t happen. When other people begin writing, the rest stop contributing, and in the end, it’s usually the same people answering anyway. Since many of the people asking questions here seem to be club members, it might be interesting to name staff members you know and say, “I’d like to hear answers from Mr. ○○ and Mr. ○○.” The Worker Ant Principle Of all the worker ants, the 20% that work the hardest gather 80% of the food. Of all the worker ants, 80% are actually working, while the remaining 20% are slacking off. The ratio of ants that work hard, ants that work normally (but occasionally slack off), and ants that are always slacking off is 2:6:2. If you remove the hardest-working 20%, 20% of the remaining 80% become the hardest-working ants, and the overall distribution returns to 2:6:2. Even if you gather only the hardest-working ants together, some of them eventually start slacking off, and the group once again divides into a 2:6:2 ratio.
