First of all, at Universe Club, pregnant women cannot register.
However, if you become pregnant after registering, it’s up to you to report it. If your pregnancy isn’t showing yet, you might be able to continue seeing people without anyone noticing. But once your belly starts to show, failing to disclose it is likely to cause problems.
Also, even if you could continue through an agency other than Universe, the issue would be whether the man is comfortable dating a pregnant woman.
As Kazu mentioned, I’m sure there are men who are specifically into that, so you may be fine if you can meet someone like that. On the other hand, that could also mean he might end the relationship once you’re no longer pregnant, so it’s hard to say whether that would really be a good arrangement.
Taking all that into consideration, it might be better not to do anything while pregnant.

If the man is okay with dating someone who’s pregnant, an allowance-based relationship is possible.
They may be in the minority, but considering there are even adult services specializing in pregnant women, I feel there must be some demand.
One of my partners became pregnant and is currently on maternity leave.
She asked, “Since you can finish inside without worrying about pregnancy, would you still see me while I’m pregnant?” But I declined.
