When we started seeing each other, I said, “I’ll cover your transportation costs as well,” so I paid for transportation separately from the allowance for three years.
After three years, I stopped covering transportation and reduced the total amount I paid (lol).
During that time, as I’ve mentioned a few times in this anonymous Q&A, there were also instances where she conveniently double-collected transportation expenses (lol).
She’s working now, so I no longer pay for transportation.

By the way, I also had my second dinner date yesterday and gave her 2 for two hours.
I had told her through our messages before the first date, “It’s 2 for two hours, including transportation,” so I simply gave her 2 again at our second dinner date without saying anything.
I hope I didn’t cause her any stress, but she lives somewhere where her round-trip transportation costs only about 500 yen, so I think it was probably fine.
For women coming from far away, I keep transportation costs separate from the allowance and also give them an additional long-distance bonus, so it’s something like:
Allowance + transportation (Shinkansen Green Car fare) + 10,000–20,000 yen long-distance bonus
Money is a way of showing kindness to women, so if you’re a kind person, giving a little extra for transportation on top of the allowance will make her favor you.

I think the allowance is something you should discuss and agree on with the other person.

From the second meeting onward, it’s up to the two of you.
Since it’s not something the club should get involved in, talk it over and decide together.
If she’s coming from far away, I think it would be considerate to include her actual travel expenses in the allowance.

Does “transportation costs” mean the actual cost of getting there and back, or are you referring to compensation for accompanying you to dinner?
In encounters through a dating club, the premise is generally an arrangement that includes an allowance, so it’s normal to give her something for joining you for dinner.
The amount should be discussed and agreed on by both of you.
If you’re asking separately about the actual transportation costs, I think it’s considerate to cover them if she’s coming from somewhere that costs 3,000 yen or more round trip.
The basic idea is to handle things—including that aspect—in a way that doesn’t leave her feeling dissatisfied.
