I just joined! I’m trying to add the dates I’m available for dates to the calendar, but I’ve forgotten what time range counts as a daytime date versus an evening date. Could someone let me know? I understand each is roughly four hours.

It’s generally best to assume a start time of around noon for daytime meetings and around 6 p.m. for evening ones. I’d recommend setting aside about four hours. That said, you’re right—it’s unusual for women to use a calendar feature.

It’s great that you’re eager to make use of all the different features. Unfortunately, though, men hardly refer to the calendar anymore. The reason is simple: even when a man selects an available date on a woman’s calendar and sends her an offer, she often replies that she already has plans and isn’t actually available that day. Women may enter their availability at first, but if they make other plans later, they often don’t update the calendar. So in reality, it isn’t very useful. (I’m sure some people do update theirs diligently, though.) As a result, most people have come to regard the calendar as unreliable. For that reason, I think you’d get better results by writing a comment about yourself or sending a “You seem wonderful” message—with a note included—to people who have added you to their favorites. > I’ve forgotten what hours daytime and nighttime dates are supposed to cover. That would probably mean nighttime dates are from around 6 p.m. onward, while daytime dates are earlier—roughly from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. However, it may vary from person to person.
