You can report it, but even if the man hasn’t left the club, I don’t think his rating will be lowered.
As I understand it, ratings are only affected by the survey about the first date.
That said, the club staff will probably share his information internally as someone to be cautious of.

You can still report it, but it seems you may no longer be able to contact the other person to confirm the details if there’s a dispute.
If it involves something like a criminal case, they would likely cooperate with the investigation regardless of whether they’ve left the site.
As for the rating, I think it depends on what happened. If you were the one who was deceived, I don’t think your rating would go down.
