If you’re caught lying, you may be forced to leave the club.
That said, they won’t go out of their way to verify your educational background, so unless you tell the men yourself that it isn’t actually true, the club probably won’t find out.
Also, since your education isn’t listed anywhere, they’re only asking about it during the interview to see whether it could be an appealing point about you.
You could probably say something like, “I’m worried my identity might be exposed through my educational background, so could I keep that private?” and avoid answering. Alternatively, if they ask about your education, you could simply say, “University is my highest level of education.” That should probably be fine too.

I’ve never seen a dating club that makes information public to the point where it could be considered personal data.
Personally, I recommend saying you’d rather not answer—or being vague—about things you don’t want to disclose, rather than lying.
