On Q&A sites, I think contacting a male respondent and getting him to make you an offer is generally referred to as a reverse offer.
That said, in the broader sense, I think it’s fair to consider it a reverse offer when you receive an offer after sending someone a “You’re lovely” message.
However, many men don’t write, “I made the offer because I received a ‘You’re lovely’ message,” so I feel there are also women who don’t realize that’s what happened.

Last night, I met up with a woman who had made me a reverse offer, and she told me:
“If you cut me off (if you stop seeing me), I’ll message you on LINE saying, ‘Are you Russia?’”
Here, she means the person answering the question, but if you interpret it more broadly (without the question box context), you could take it as kind of sweet…
Apparently, they really got hit with the “Are you Russia?” line…

I see it the same way Marika does.
Sometimes respondents say things like, “I’m open to reverse offers.” If that happens, I think there’s a chance it could work out if you let Mr. Maezawa know.

Generally—or at least historically—if a woman reads something written by a columnist or one of the responders here and thinks, “They seem like a nice person” or “I’d like to meet them,” rather than simply “They’re wonderful,” she can contact the club and say, “I’d like to meet Mr. ○○, the columnist,” and the message will be passed on to him.
If Mr. ○○ looks at her profile and thinks he’d like to make her an offer, he can do so.
In the broad sense, I suppose “They’re wonderful” could be included too, but I understand it as not being included.
