An older friend of mine is over 70, yet he looks far younger than his younger brother, with firm skin and an incredible zest for life.
It really makes me realize how much men are able to keep going thanks to women.

I’m currently having the dark spots around my shoulders removed. It costs about ¥100,000 per side.
I never used to care about them, but since you get completely naked at dating clubs, I’ve started having the spots in less visible areas treated too.
I’ve already had my face and arms done.
To me, older men with skinny legs look even older.

Sagging, age spots, and wrinkles cast shadows, making you look older.
Also, as Marika said, posture makes a big difference. Young-looking papas and muscular papas look cool with their backs straight and their posture crisp.

Anyway, after noticing that the elderly person I saw on the train had dirty-looking elbows, I’ve been rubbing lotion into my elbows, heels, and feet every night.
