Reading this, I get the impression that you’re lamenting:
“I think women who do exactly what the questioner says are cute. I wanted to meet someone like that, but all the women I meet are capable of making their own decisions, so I can’t find anyone who’ll do whatever I say.”
I think you may be going about it in the wrong order.
First, think about what you can do to make a woman like you, and then put that into action.
It’s the same as in any romantic relationship.
If she comes to like you, then even in a relationship where you provide an allowance, she’ll probably be willing to do some of the things you want.
Of course, you’ll also need to be generous with the allowance. This isn’t true love, after all. The best approach, in my opinion, is to pay the allowance she feels is appropriate, while also building a relationship where she genuinely comes to like you.

That’s why some women are attracted to older men.

I’ve met quite a lot of women, but not a single one had a particularly mature outlook.
They all seemed more like daughters to me—in a good way, they were youthful and innocent—and I realized that was why I couldn’t genuinely fall for any of them.
Even if you tell me to see someone more than 20 years younger as a woman in her own right, I just can’t.
