The rule regarding transportation expenses is as follows:
At a woman’s first meeting arranged through Universe, the money given as a token of appreciation is simply referred to as “transportation expenses.”
The requirement to provide it applies only to the first date. From the second date onward, whether transportation is included, paid separately, or not provided at all is up to the two of you to discuss and decide.
So as long as both parties agree, there’s no problem.
That said, if the first date is out of town and transportation costs more than ¥20,000 each time after that, I think it’s perfectly reasonable to ask for transportation expenses.
Even then, it wouldn’t technically violate the rules, but I would consider it a breach of etiquette.
If the dates aren’t out of town, I think most people receive only their allowance, without separate transportation expenses.
If you’re referring to the first meeting, then it would technically be a rule violation. However, even if you file a complaint, they could simply say that ¥5,000 of the allowance was for transportation, and the matter would be considered settled. So it’s a difficult situation.

After the second meeting, there probably aren’t any set rules. I make it clear that transportation costs are included, but generally, from the second meeting onward, if nothing is mentioned, transportation may already be included.
