That’s correct.
There used to be a link that said something like “Click here for the post-date survey,” and you could use it to submit feedback as many times as you wanted.
However, we’ve now changed the system so that the score from this survey is directly used to evaluate the men.
(In the past, it was difficult to forcibly remove members who kept causing problems, no matter how many times they were warned. When they say, “I’m sorry, I’ll be more careful next time,” it’s hard to take action, isn’t it?)
The system has now been changed so that once a member’s score reaches a certain level, he is automatically removed.
Because allowing multiple submissions could result in a man being removed based solely on one woman’s evaluations, we changed it so that each woman can submit only one evaluation per man.
As a result, after each date, a dedicated link is sent that can only be used once. After you submit your response, it will simply display “Already answered.”
That said, the only reason it’s limited to one response is because the score affects the system.
You can still contact the staff via LINE with feedback about subsequent dates—for example, “Something really awful happened on my second date with him.”

For dates after the second one, I give my feedback directly to the club’s staff team.
The system has changed since before, and the questionnaires now directly affect both men’s and women’s ratings. So if someone is the type to rate people, it will usually be a one-time arrangement.

There hasn’t been a survey for second meetings and beyond for quite some time. Since the second meeting onward, members have simply been sending feedback to the club voluntarily. I think sending it via LINE or a similar app should be fine.
