I feel like the same person has been posting in the question section for the past few days. And when I see them using “lol,” which they seemed to have been keeping sealed away, I can’t help wondering if they’ve let their guard down.
I’m tempted to hide these posts disguised as mocking questions, but since they already have answers, I suppose I should leave them as they are.
So, what’s the question?
Whether this is some kind of strategy isn’t really a question. A post saying, “You’re ○○, right?” is just seeking agreement.
Can this kind of “trolling” be dealt with legally? Something like obstruction of business?
We know the poster’s IP address, so I think we could identify them. Civil proceedings would be difficult, but if we filed a police report, it would become a criminal case, and identifying the poster would probably be fairly straightforward.
That said, it would be difficult over content as mild as this. But I believe there was a post attacking an individual, so perhaps the police might take action in a case like that.
Basically, it would be too much trouble, so I have no intention of doing anything. But if you’re going to get cocky and keep making strange posts, you should understand that this is one possible outcome.
People who have been arrested for things they posted online in the past probably also thought, “There’s no way I’d be arrested for something this minor.” But you should know that if you go too far, arrest is a possibility.
If you think there’s no way you could be arrested over something this minor, you’ll end up making the same mistake as those who were arrested in the past.
Of course, the police won’t act over every minor matter, but I think you should consider this carefully.

Also, asking someone to pay and accepting money are two different things.
