To an untrained eye, cosmetic surgery can really make you wonder, “What did she even have done?”
The woman I’m dating also had some work done, but when I saw her right afterward, she looked exactly the same. I remember thinking, “What was the point of the surgery?”
However, people who know what to look for can tell.
About a year after her surgery, a young male employee who had no idea she’d had anything done apparently asked her, “Did you have plastic surgery?” Since he had hit the nail on the head, she apparently said, “What an unpleasant person, prying into things that are none of his business.”
Well, it’s a difficult one, but if you’re going to spend the money, sometimes I think it might be better to have enough work done to look like a completely different person.
On the other hand, if you’re barely going to look any different, maybe there’s no point in having surgery at all...

If people notice, doesn’t that defeat the purpose? Or does she want people to think she has an artificial, surgically altered face?
Personally, I think it’s best to look beautiful without people assuming you’ve had plastic surgery.
So I think keeping it within a range that others won’t notice is ideal.
