I’ll answer as Maezawa from the CEO’s office.
If she also discusses other papas with you, she probably just wants to know what they’re like.
For example, whether they’re big or small(笑), or whether they’re good at it.
I’m not sure why she’s curious, but it seems like one of those things people naturally wonder about.
It may be best to treat it as simply part of human nature.
Of course, if she doesn’t actually discuss other papas with you, she may be asking out of jealousy, so you’ll need to distinguish between the two.

I’m Kazu, a male member.
I think she’s either asking simply out of curiosity, or because she wants to compare her satisfaction with you to that of other men and improve things.
Since you’re close enough for her to talk about seeing other partners, I don’t think she’s looking for the kind of romance that leads to marriage. She probably prefers an allowance-based relationship. In that kind of arrangement, talking about other men and having feelings for you aren’t contradictory at all.

Girls ask about this pretty often too, don’t they?
“What do other girls’ moans sound like? Are mine weird?”
“Do other girls have bigger breasts?”
“Do other girls have nicer skin?”
“Are other girls better at using their mouths?”
“Do other girls move more? Are they better at it?”
But really, they’re not asking about the other girls—they just want reassurance, right?
What they really want to hear is:
“Your moans are cute and really turn me on.”
“Your breasts are beautiful. They’re just the right size.”
“Your skin is really beautiful.”
“When you use your mouth on me, it turns me on and feels good.”
“Let’s do whatever you want. I think we have great chemistry.”
It’s the same thing when they say:
“I’m not seeing any other papas. Being intimate with you feels so good.”
I think they just want to hear that.
