I'm a woman. Does anyone else feel like their urge to pee is connected to their sex drive? I feel like having sex whenever I need to pee. It's really troubling me, and I'd like to do something about it. Should I see a doctor?

I’m Shingo Lee, a columnist. The urge to urinate and pleasure are actually fairly closely connected. Linking the two can feel good in some ways, but having them constantly linked can be quite troublesome. Couldn’t you deal with it by going to the bathroom as soon as you feel the urge? I feel like it may be connected to sexual desire when you tense up to try to hold it in. Personally, I think it would be best to see a doctor.
