Did I upset her?

When we were deciding when to meet next over dinner, she suggested a week when she would normally be on her period, so I asked, “Will you be okay on this day?” She replied, with a straight face, “I’ll be fine. It’s my job to arrange things so we don’t meet while I’m on my period, right? If I can’t meet you, then I have no value as a person.” I do understand that, unlike with my wife, my purpose in seeing a Universe girl is an adult relationship, and I assume she knows that too. So I felt uneasy that she seemed annoyed. Did I do something wrong...? I’d like to continue seeing her long-term, so I’d appreciate some advice.
