Should I use Mitsu Dan–type or Manami Hashimoto–type as my role model?

I’m in Seattle. They’re basically well-paid, chubby Nogizaka46 types. That’s what the women I keep seeing are like.

I’m Fuu, a column writer. Personally, when it comes to women in their 40s, I like the vibe of actresses Haruka Igawa and Yuki Uchida.

I’m Taro, a male member. So Retsuko is a Sanrio character. Tsuji-san’s getting old—or maybe I should say her true nature is finally showing, lol. I think Mitsu Dan and Manami Hashimoto are in the same category. That said, I don’t think things like that matter all that much. Some people make a drastic change in their look when they reshoot their profile photos, but I get the impression that many supporters already liked them before that. More than anything, it’s better when they show a variety of natural expressions in their private photos. Also, looks are only what gets things started. Whether it lasts depends on the person’s character. On the other hand, if you’re talking about a strategy for someone who isn’t especially attractive but has a great personality to get offers, then Mitsu Dan—or anyone else—is fine. I think they should try different personas with a proven track record, one after another. Even if the first offer comes as a backup option, if she’s genuinely appealing, she’ll definitely become a regular favorite.
