Given the procedure I'm considering, I don't think a regular papa (a male supporter) would notice, but would a doctor papa be able to tell?
Most of the men I see are doctors, so I'm not sure whether I should tell them beforehand.

Even many doctors can’t tell. In fact, there aren’t many men who look closely enough at a woman’s face to notice subtle changes.
If it were me, I’d casually show him a photo of a female celebrity or influencer who’s had cosmetic work done and ask, “What do you think? I think she’s cute.” That kind of thing.
Depending on his reaction, you can probably tell whether the papa (a male supporter) is strongly opposed to cosmetic surgery, as well as what he thinks about it.

Doctors have all kinds of specialties, so I don’t think you’ll necessarily be found out just because you’re a doctor.
That said, I feel like being upfront about it from the start can help create a greater sense of intimacy.
