If you’re friends with benefits, then I’d say that’s what you are.
I don’t think labeling a relationship serves much purpose, but if you call it a friends-with-benefits arrangement, then that’s probably what it is. There are also relationships between papas and PJs that don’t involve sex, so I think “friends with benefits” works just fine.

If the choice is between a friend with benefits and a papa, I’d say papa is fine. More importantly, isn’t it suspicious that someone in his late 20s can pay ¥200,000 a month without even being asked?
He’s pretty wealthy for someone in his 20s. What kind of work does he do? If you’re attractive enough that the questioner thinks you could be intimate with him even without money, why is he paying in the first place? Isn’t it strange? What could his real motive be?
It’s a mistake to assume that someone who gives you money must be a good person. I think you should consider the situation carefully.
So, to answer the question once again: “Papa is fine.”
It just crossed my mind, but parents who make their own kids call them “Papa” are seriously cringey when you look at it from our perspective. Don’t bring that sort of thing into the family... lol.

With my favorite girl, we’ve never actually used the word “allowance” in conversation. Sometimes she’ll even say, “You don’t have to give me any pocket money today,” so in practice, it’s almost the same thing.
