Some women may participate expecting an allowance of ¥50,000 for dinner only, but I think most aren’t looking to make a huge income from it.
They may simply want to work fewer hours at their regular part-time job, or earn a little extra on top of their daytime job.
Being able to enjoy a nice lunch or dinner may also be part of the appeal.

Don’t underestimate A-types.
On the other hand, there are quite a few savvy women too. Some aim for 10 or even several times that for dinner only on a pay-per-meeting basis, and some girls are introduced by women like that.

Rather than asking here, why not actually make an offer to a woman from Category A? Pay the standard 5,000–10,000 yen for the first meeting, then ask her how much she would want from the second meeting onward. You could even compile your own statistics.

Even if you ask here, all anyone can say is that it varies from person to person.
Some women may want 50,000 or 100,000 yen, while others may be fine with 10,000 yen.
In this respect, I think both an adult relationship (intimate) and dinner only (no intimacy) work the same way: the two people discuss it and decide together.
In either case, it’s an allowance.
