The other day, I was contacted by a woman I was introduced to through Universe for the first time in about five years. She asked if we could meet again.
I met her once before, and we had an adult relationship (intimate). I didn’t have a particularly bad impression of her, but at the time, she didn’t seem especially enthusiastic about continuing the relationship. So I didn’t contact her, and she didn’t contact me either, apart from a thank-you email right after our first date.
I have a question for the male members: Have you ever been contacted by a woman after several years of no contact like this? And if so, did you actually meet again and continue the relationship?

It does happen occasionally.
They’re probably short on money. And after five years, they’ve probably changed physically too.
I might consider it if I didn’t already have a monthly arrangement, but when I’m satisfied with my current one, I wouldn’t meet them.

That happens. I’ve also recently had several women I’d drifted apart from reach out to me in quick succession.
I don’t want to meet women who want to see me. I choose who I want to meet, so I don’t have the kindness or leeway to entertain that. I just ignore them.
If that’s the case, you should’ve made more of an effort when you were seeing me, lol.
I’m not compatible with people who can’t appreciate the present.

In a recent answer, I mentioned reconnecting with someone and going on a date after a year apart.
She was someone I used to see every week, but we lost touch after she was transferred for work. We only exchanged occasional messages after that, and then she contacted me again several months later. We reunited after a year, and ended up making plans to meet again within a few days, so things continued.
I’ve never had anyone contact me again after several years, but there have been women I met just once who reached out a year later. However, they weren’t women I had wanted to see a second time in the first place, so I didn’t meet them.
If it’s someone I really like, I’d meet her no matter how many years had passed. If I’m not interested, I won’t.
